Company shareholders
UzMRC was established by the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan on November 4, 2019 and was registered as a joint-stock company. The company signed a subsidiary loan agreement with MOF in a short period of time to extend loans to qualified PFIs from ADB resources. ADB underwent extensive analysis and approved UzMRC as the project implementing agency. After its establishment, the Company increased its charter capital by 4 times. The shareholders include the 12 largest commercial banks in Uzbekistan, including 4 operating commercial banks, and the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.
